Victoria A. Haines, CPA

Helping others has always been important to me.

Individuals are often baffled by tax laws and paperwork.  It is my goal to put them at ease.  My clients know that I will walk them through the maze and together we will file a return that saves them tax dollars but presents a fair accounting of their financial position.  We all sleep well.

Individuals and families mark many occasions both joyous and sad that also impact their tax lives.  To name a few are marriage, home buying, birth, promotion, moving, college, starting a business and the flip sides are divorce, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, disability, family illness.  I am pleased to be there with them and for them at these times and to make sure that the tax implications do not overshadow the importance of these life changing events.

As a CPA I am able to help my clients through the entire life cycle of their businesses.  It begins with the discussion of how to establish a new business entity and to start out on the right foot. We progress through the many stages of growth by establishing sound policy, procedures and internal controls.  We save tax dollars through wise business planning so we can afford to hire and reward good people.  We save more tax dollars by contributing to retirement funds.  When the time comes to sell the business or pass it to the next generation, the clients know that they have left a legacy of success and can relax and enjoy those retirement funds.

How may I help you?

Justin L. Browning, EA

At our firm I specialize in Corporate & Individual tax return preparation and small business accounting. This includes preparing financial statements, QuickBooks Online assistance, bookkeeping, training and technical assistance.

In 2018, I passed the IRS exam on taxation and became recognized as an Enrolled Agent, eligible to practice before the IRS. I also attend various tax workshops throughout the year so I can provide clients with knowledgeable and up-to-date tax law information. Graduated NIU with a Master's of Accountancy degree.

I strive to build strong and long-lasting friendships with my clients. Having the ability to help them manage the hardships of life and enjoy the blessings is the most gratifying part of my job. One of the benefits of working at a local firm is the opportunity to build a bond with every client that comes in the door. The quality of our service and the individual attention that we provide to our clients will enhance their growth, keeping them one step ahead in today’s competitive world.

I look forward to working together!
